    Please allow a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and VIC public holidays) for us to process and dispatch your order. We make every effort to fulfil orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring that your products reach you as soon as possible.

  2. Postage and Shipping:
    We utilise AusPost flat-rates for postage, which applies to all products and pre-orders. Additional shipping payments may be required for bulk quantities of larger-sized supplies. Rest assured that we strive to keep shipping costs reasonable and transparent, and we appreciate your understanding in these cases.

  3. Transit Responsibility:
    While we take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe dispatch of your goods, TADLI cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. We recommend reviewing the condition of your package upon delivery and contacting the shipping carrier immediately in the event of any concerns or issues.

  4. Non-Refundable Device Consumables:
    Refunds are not applicable to device consumables, including HIFU and RF needling cartridges. Due to the nature of these products and their specific usage, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once these consumables have been purchased.
